Morning Healthy Drink (Tea)

The most popular beverage name is tea, who doesn’t know about this, after waking up 99.99% of people want bed tea for energy. But at this time everyone facing problems with fatness, chubbiness, obesity, etc. So drinking tea in the morning is not safe. But what people do is necessary.

So just like coins have two side there is tea have two side, one is unhealthy second is two much healthy and testy. If you want loose weight try it after drinking lukewarm water. It really works.

So get the recipe for a healthy and tasty tea.

Ingredients :
Water – 2 Cup
Cinnamon – 1 inch.
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tablespoon
Ginger – 1 inch.
Lemon – 1/2
Honey – 1 tablespoon

Preparation :
Boil water in a tea pot
Add cinnamon, turmeric powder, and grated ginger and boil it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
After that turn off the gas and strain in a cup
Add lemon juice and honey

This is very testy and healthy, if you want loose weight try it after drinking lukewarm water.

In Hindi

आवश्यक सामग्री :
पानी – 2 कप
दालचीनी – 1 इंच
हल्दी – 1/4 टेबल – स्पून
अदरक – 1 इंच
नींबू – 1/2
शहद  – 1 टेबल- स्पून

बनाने की विधि :
पानी गर्म करे. और आंच को धीमा कर दे , अब पानी में हल्दी, अदरक (कद्दूकस की हुई), दालचीनी डाल कर थोड़ा गर्म करे।  फिर उससे छन्नी से छान कर कप में निकल ले और उसमे नींबू  का रस और शहद डाल कर अच्छे से मिलाये।  आपकी हेअल्थी और टेस्टी चाय तैयार है|
